Enter Important Information for Returning Students Quickly and Effectively Online!
Each year, your Back-to-School list has included reviewing, revising and returning a lengthy demographic form for each of your children.This year, we are excited to announce that the Returning Student Registration can be completed and submitted online.The process begins by simply clicking the link you have received via the SwiftK12 e-mail which contains each child's individual Snapcode.
What’s a SnapCode? The Snapcode link contains a key to your child’s personal information and demographic profile for the upcoming school year. Snapcode links are sent by e-mail and are unique for each child. Clicking the link will take you into the system.
How Do I Get Started? Click the SnapCode link for your child that is shown in your e-mail.
Should I Create an InfoSnap Account? This year, since the process is new, you will be asked to create an InfoSnap account. Having an account allows you to securely save your work and come back at a later time if necessary. You only need one account to complete forms for multiple children.
Do I Have to Answer All The Questions? You must answer all questions that are marked "Required". In the future, if you enter the system to change specific information, many of the answers will automatically appear.
What if I Make a Mistake? If you would like to make a change, click on the underlined field or click “Previous” to return to a previous page.
I’ve Completed the Form, Now What? When you have finished entering your information, click “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot click on this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions.
What if I Have More Than One student in the District? The information required is specific for each child. Once you submit your first Returning Student Registration and start another – you will be prompted to “snap over” shared family information, which will save you time.
